Doctors Gruber and Hudak are Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Obtaining board certification involves passing both written and oral exams, and submitting the results of multiple types of surgeries performed to the board, for review.
Both doctors have completed three years of residency training and have extensive surgical experience. They are trained in using the latest in surgical instrumentation and are knowledgeable in the latest techniques. Please go to the “about us” page for bios on the doctors.
Both doctors hold surgical privileges at Saint Francis, Wilmington, and Christiana Hospitals. Both out-patient and in-patient surgeries are performed, although the majority of our surgeries are performed in an out-patient setting. Minor surgical procedures can be performed in the office.

Most podiatric surgeries are elective, scheduled cases. However, when emergency treatment or surgery is indicated, the doctors are on–call and available for your emergency needs, seven days a week.
